BACARDÍ rum are throwing some of the best parties of the year

BACARDÍ were all over campuses last year, sampling shots and organising cool nights out.

This year, the BACARDÍ brand ambassadors are back and are going to be bringing the heat to your campus through gift drops for freshers, house parties, socials, free stash, big events, as well as working with some of the biggest societies around.

Over the next year, BACARDÍ are going to be doing everything possible to ensure you have the best term to date. They’re running four #BringTheHeat competitions throughout the year.

The #BringTheHeat competitions are running in conjunction with BACARDÍ Carta Fuego, a spiced rum spirit drink. The drink is aged in torched oak barrels designed to be enjoyed as a shot with an additional heat kick created by adding TABASCO® Sauce.

The first competition opens on October 19th, with an amazing night out courtesy of BACARDÍ up for grabs. The winner will win a chauffeur for the night, dinner out, BACARDÍ drinks and VIP treatment.

In the second competition, BACARDÍ are giving you the chance to win your own house party. You’ll be able to kit out your pad with speakers, decorations, professional lighting and a fully-stocked bar. The bar comes with a mixologist and enough BACARDÍ Carta Fuego spiced rum spirit drink for you and your guests.

To save you the heartache of cleaning up the next morning, they’re even going to pay for a cleaner to come and clear up. Result.

Charlie Lee, second year at Leeds, is one of the brand ambassadors for BACARDÍ rum and knows exactly how good these events are going to be.

He said: “We have big things planned in the coming year to bring the heat. There are going to be uni house parties complete with full sound systems. The plan is to have a spirit swap whereby people who bring 70cl bottles of spirit alcohol will be able to swap this for BACARDÍ Carta Fuego rum.”
