Blake Lively dragged again for saying women ‘exploit’ pregnancy to always get their way
She said women ‘lie’ about having pregnancy cravings as an excuse to eat ‘whatever they want’
Well, it’s only been a few days since her last controversial interview so we’re about bang on schedule for another resurfaced interview from Blake Lively to go viral for her comments. And what pray tell is the topic of today’s controversial remark?
Well, it’s none other than her speaking out about pregnancy cravings, more specifically that women “lie” about having them in order to eat whatever they want.
The resurfaced interview recently went viral on TikTok where she’s getting dragged for her comments. The footage is from 2014 where she’s being interviewed by reporter AJ Calloway while attending the Angel Ball. At the time Blake was pregnant with her baby and AJ told her he could relate to her and Ryan, as his wife was “seven months” pregnant at the time.
He told Blake he was rubbing his wife’s feet every night and she butted in that his wife was “just taking advantage” of him, with him replying: “Really?” She replied with a laugh: “Totally.” Blake went on to say you can “exploit” being pregnant “every night” and added that the reporter was a “sucker” and that he “can’t fall for that stuff.”
She went on to say that pregnancy cravings are a “lie” and make for the perfect “way to get what you want all the time.” She added: “If you want chocolate ice cream at midnight, just say you have a craving.” The reporter exposed her for “busting out pregnant women everywhere” before she joked she was “only teasing.”

As expected, people were quick to drag her in the comments, writing: “I’m guessing she lives a pampered life whether pregnant or not, so her feet probably aren’t sore.” Another added: “Some of us work on our feet 40+ hrs and don’t have the luxury of rest throughout an entire pregnancy.” Yikes!
