It looks like Emma from Selling Sunset has a new billionaire boyfriend, but who is he?

Emma’s love life has been one of the biggest controversies during this season of Selling Sunset, and it looks like her new boyfriend might not be helping the accusations. Emma was spotted out in LA by a Selling Sunset viewer, and it appeared like she had a new boyfriend in tow.

The pair were walking into the restaurant hand in hand whilst her new man was slightly randomly just holding a red solo cup in public. There’s red flag behaviour already just from that.

Because the people of the internet truly are sleuths, it didn’t take them long to find out that Emma’s new beau could be none other than rumoured billionaire Blake Davis.

Obviously we haven’t had a hard launch yet so take it with a large pinch of salt, but as they are literally holding hands in the TikTok and have been seeing multiple other times together it seems a fairly done deal.

Okay, so actually is Emma Hernan’s new boyfriend?

Apparently, her new boyfriend is Blake Davis, and he is also a licensed real estate professional for Davis Development and has been for the past nine years. It just so happens that Davis Development is his surname so I’m wondering if this is his family’s company and he’s secretly a bit of a nepo baby?

David Development describes itself as: “A vertically integrated, multi-family housing developer based in Atlanta, Georgia who develops and manages upscale apartment communities throughout the Southeast, Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States. Davis Development has developed and managed over 50,000 units over the past 20+ years.”

He’s also the owner of Creek Water Capital which operates in the venture capital and private equity industry. Which often means some serious money. Whilst it’s no longer active, he’s previously had his own Forbes member page, and something tells me they don’t give those out to just anyone.

He very conveniently deleted his Instagram just as the video of him and Emma started to go viral which I’m sure is just a coincidence… However, before he did some Redditors managed to get their hands on some rather unsavoury Instagram posts he made about Barbie dolls.

According to the Redditors he made two posts on his story about the dolls, writing: “I was out shopping for a birthday present for my niece and why do they have fat Barbie?” He also added in another post: “And cripple Barbie. Next we’re gonna have Barbie with a beard.”

Her co-workers have alluded that they may not like her new boyfriend

Whilst there’s no way to confirm this is about Emma’s new relationship, Chrishell wrote about some unaired scenes that didn’t make the final cut of the show. Amongst other scenes, Chrishell met someone that Emma had been dating, but she wasn’t too keen on her Selling Sunset co-star’s new boyfriend.

She wrote in her caption: “A scene where Emma introduced us to who she actually WAS dating [didn’t make it]. This was pretty funny bc I didn’t like him. So maybe it’s for the best.” Obviously we have no idea if this is about Blake or not, so we can only hope Chrishell reveals more in the future!

Whilst he might have deleted his Instagram his TikTok account is still up, including an old video of him and his ex girlfriend Savannah Delane.

Most of his videos just seem to be him showing off how rich he is, including one titled: “Perks of buying the entire neighbourhood where your beach house is.” Yeah, he seems like a really down to earth guy…
