MAFS UK icon Ella goes Instagram official with her hunky new Celebs Go Dating boyfriend
He’s already had her name tattooed on him!
One year after appearing on MAFS UK, Ella has finally found love with her new boyfriend, Alex, who she met whilst on Celebs Go Dating. The finale of the show aired last night but as it was filmed in July, viewers weren’t quite sure whether they were still together.
However, MAFS alumni Ella posted an adorable picture of her and Alex together on her Instagram following her successful stint on Celebs Go Dating. Clearly these dating shows do work after all!

A source told The Sun more about what’s been going on between the pair since Celebs Go Dating, revealing: “Ella and Alex have been inseparable since they met on Celebs Go Dating and have remained together since filming wrapped in July.
“They’ve finally made their relationship official after Ella brought Alex as a plus one to a number of recent high-profile events, such as the Married at First Sight launch. Ella has told pals how happy she is and how Alex has made her laugh and feel safe compared to any other man she’s dated.
“He identifies as a straight man and just sees Ella for her, as a woman, rather than a label and has been really supportive of her. They’ve talked about falling in love and see a future together. Ella has even introduced Alex to her family, as has he.”

Ella was rushed to hospital whilst filming for Celebs Go Dating, but Alex immediately sent her flowers and his dedication helped to solidify their relationship on the show.
Near the end of the series, he also met Ella’s bestie from MAFS, Jay, who very much gave him the seal of approval and encouraged Ella to keep pursuing and working on the relationship with him.

Alex is a hairdresser and he seems just as smitten with Ella as she is with him, and has already got her name tattooed on him. Talk about commitment!
