This major MAFS UK editing error proves the weddings are completely staged by producers

If you need any more proof the MAFS UK 2024 weddings are all staged, then look no further than this major editing error they forgot to remove from Amy and Luke’s wedding. During the weddings, the camera cuts to solo interviews and snippets from the bride and groom where they often air their true feelings in the moment, such as Amy revealing her new husband was giving her “the ick.”

The way the conversations are set during the show means it gives the impression they’ve been shown in the order everything was filmed, and usually seems like it’s one take that’s been cut up. However, one moment from Amy’s interview shows that despite her two snippets of conversation seeming like part of the same sentence, they clearly weren’t and have been edited together or at least a break taken in between filming them.

Following her chat with Luke’s best friend, the camera cuts to Amy saying: “The fact that Luke has done the butler in the buff job makes me quite uncomfortable.” For about one second in the middle of her sentence, it cuts to Luke then back to Amy and seems a strange decision.

This is where the editing error comes into play, as when Amy starts her sentence the curled front pieces of her hair look like they’ve dropped a lot and by the end of the sentence she has perfect curls again.

Strangely the sentence doesn’t seem choppy, but given they cut to Luke halfway through for one second they must have got her to repeat what she’d originally said. The cut was also presumably so they could touch up her hair, but it seems weird they didn’t re-film that part again.

This editing error is pretty obvious proof the MAFS UK 2024 weddings are all staged, but I’m still shocked at how her hair goes from flat to curly in mere micro-seconds, talk about the magic of editing!
