Erm, Polly revealed Adam threatened to ‘leave’ MAFS UK if she farted in front of him
‘I wasn’t allowed to fart because he said it was disgusting’
Right, in possibly one of the strangest MAFS UK articles you will ever read, Polly had revealed that her husband Adam didn’t “allow” her to fart in front of him and apparently threatened to “leave” if she did. Because god forbid if a woman dares to fart.
This whole farting fiasco emerged through Instagram whilst Polly was doing a Q&A with her followers. She was asked whether there were any major issues that came up in her relationship with Adam whilst filming MAFS UK, at which point she admitted the farting faux pas.

Polly admitted: “But I wasn’t allowed to fart because he said it was disgusting and he’d leave.” I actually don’t think I’d be able to last more than a couple of hours without getting stomach cramps from holding it in to be perfectly honest.
Adam then clarified the whole situation on his Instagram and revealed he’s apparently never heard a woman fart before MAFS?! Surely that cannot be true. He asked his followers: “Okay this needs to be settled. Is it normal for a woman to fart in front of their partners or male friends? As I’ve never heard a woman fart until MAFS.”
In the end, 57 per cent of people voted “yes” and nine per cent voted “no that’s gross.” Thirty five per cent said, “not yet, maybe a year down the line.”

He then followed his query with another post, writing: “Oh and to clear this up. I don’t fart in front of women. Isn’t no one rule for one thing. Just polite to not do it in my eyes. Walk out the door quickly if you have to.”
