The Lincoln Tab is now recruiting for our 2024/25 editorial team and the position available is TikTok editor.
No matter your degree or year, any student can apply. Journalism experience is not essential as you will receive training from experienced editors and journalists from The Tab HQ.
The only requirement is that you are a student at the University of Lincoln with a passion for writing and making content. The Lincoln Tab publishes everything from news stories and gossip around campus to fun features and guides, so there’s something for all.
Don’t miss the deadline. Applications close at 23:59 on Monday 7th October.
TikTok Editor
As TikTok Editor, you will be working alongside the Social Media Editor and the other section editors to help promote The Lincoln Tab’s content on TikTok.
This role requires you to know all the current memes, to ensure The Lincoln Tab stays on trend. You should also be comfortable being in front of the camera as you will be expected to make regular voxpops and present some of the news articles we publish.
