All the Selling Sunset cast members who don’t follow each other on Instagram, and the drama it reveals

You’d think that co-workers of several years would all follow each other’s social media as the literal bare minimum of politeness, right? Apparently not. Loads of the Selling Sunset cast don’t follow each other on Instagram. Sometimes it makes sense, like in the case of Bre and Chelsea. Sometimes it makes none whatsoever. Why on earth does Christine still follow Jason Oppenheim, but not Brett?

Here is which of the Selling Sunset cast, both past and present, follow each other on Instagram:

Alanna Gold follows literally none of them

Alanna is new to the Selling Sunset crew. But, she’s already made waves through her claims that she owns a cowboy-themed town (she doesn’t) and her dedication to selling houses (which she doesn’t actually have a realtor license to do).

Alanna doesn’t follow on Instagram any of the Selling Sunset cast members who already left the show, which is fair enough. What is a bit salty is how few of the current cast members she follows on Instagram. Alanna doesn’t follow Amanza, Bre, Nicole, Romain or Emma. Guess she’s not a fan of empanadas.

Alanna only follows Chelsea and Chrishell, and then her bosses Mary, Brett Oppenheim and Jason Oppenheim.

Amanza Smith seems to like everybody except Davina

I knew I liked Amanza. She seems to actually care about the rest of the Selling Sunset cast, since she follows virtually all of them on Instagram – Mary, Romain, Chlesea, Christine, Nicole, Heather, Bre, Chrishell, and both Oppenheim twins. She still follows Maya, even though she left the show in 2022.

This makes it all the more glaring obviously that Amanza doesn’t follow Davina on Instagram. Davina doesn’t follow Amanza either.

Bre follows a massive 1,768 people on Instagram. Yet Emma, Nicole, Romain, Chelsea, Davina and Alanna aren’t among them. Yikes. I’m not exactly surprised that Bre doesn’t follow Chelsea. It would be easier to count the episodes that they don’t argue in than the episodes they do argue in.

She does, however, follow Amanza, Chrishell, Heather, Christine, Mary and Maya.

Brett and Jason Oppenheim

Literally every cast member follows their bosses at the Oppenheim Group, and they both follow literally everyone back (with the exception of Christine not following Brett, but Christine is really in a league of her own). No drama there.

Chelsea Lazkani barely follows any of them

Chelsea is very selective about who she engages with on Instagram. She only follows 287 other accounts. I’m pretty certain I follow more dogs than that.

Chelsea follows Alanna, Amanza, Chrishell, Maya and both Oppenheim twins. She doesn’t follow Davina, Christine, Heather, Bre, Mary or Romain. I’m not exactly surprised that she doesn’t want to see Bre in her feed, given their beef in season six.

Chrishell Stause refuses to follow one person in particular

She follows Amanza, Bre, Heather, Emma, Chelsea, Maya, Mary, Romain, Davina, and Alanna.

Like so many other Selling Sunset cast members, Chrishell is shunning Nicole (and also Christine). Valid.

Christine Quinn follows virtually none of them

After Christine’s dramatic exist from the show, she doesn’t follow on Instagram *takes deep breath* Amanza, Alanna, Mary Romain, Chelsea, Emma, Heather, Bre or Chrishell.

Christine appears to harbour the least resentment towards Davina, Maya and Nicole, because she still follows them.

Weirdly, she follows Jason Oppenheim, but not Brett.

Emma Hernan also shuns Christine and Nicole on Instagram

Emma’s Instagram habits are the exact same as Mary’s. She follows all her fellow cast members apart from Christine and Nicole. To be fair, if someone started a rumour that I was dating a married man, I wouldn’t follow them on Instagram either.

Interestingly, Emma follows Bre, but Bre doesn’t follow her back, most likely thanks to their fallout over the way Bre handled Chelsea’s divorce on camera this season.

Heather Rae El Moussa

On Instagram, Heather follows Amanza, Chrishelle, Bre, Emma, Nicole, Mary, Romain, Chelsea, Maya, Davina and the twins. That’s literally everybody apart from the newcomer Alanna.

Why doesn’t Mary Bonnet follow Christine or Nicole?

Unsurprisingly, Mary follows her own husband Romain. She also follows Alanna, Amanza, Davina, Maya, Chelsea, Emma, Heather, Bre, Chrishell, and both of the twins. That’s literally everybody apart from Christine and Nicole. This kinda makes sense since Mary just came out and said she doesn’t support what Nicole did when she brought the allegation about Emma having an affair with a married man to camera.

Nicole Young doesn’t follow Chrishell

Despite loads of the Selling Sunset cast choosing not to follow Nicole, she still follows loads of them. Nicole follows Alanna, Emma, Heather, Bre, Mary, Romain, Chelsea, Maya, Amanza, Davina and both her bosses. That’s literally everyone apart from Chrishell. That’s not really surprising after Chrishell accused Nicole of rearranging her whole face in season seven, and the whole beef with Nicole claiming Emma was with a married man that came out this season.
