Love Island’s Callum and Molly have SPILT after three years together

‘Molly wanted to get engaged and that didn’t happen’

Love Island couple Callum Jones and Molly Smith have split up after three years together, it’s been reported. The couple, who met during Casa Amor on the first winter version of the series in 2020, had been one of the longest standing couples from the show.

However, The Sun is now reporting it’s all come to an end, and Callum has moved out of the home they share together and taken custody of their pet pug, Winnie. Molly has kept their Pomeranian, Nelly.

A source told The Sun: “It’s really sad as they were a sweet couple together but it’s over – and has been for a few weeks. They’re trying to stay friends – they were together for over three years – but it’s difficult. I think in the end, Molly wanted to get engaged and that didn’t happen.

“Everyone was really surprised when they split as they were perfectly matched. He’s now moved out of the home they shared and they’ve split custody of their two dogs.”

Rumours of their breakup had been spreading online, with people noticing they hadn’t posted together for a while. Callum is currently on holiday in Bali without Molly.

One person on Reddit said: “Just noticed they haven’t shared much content together since their holiday in July. She seems to be bridesmaid at a wedding and it doesn’t look like he’s attending as he’s going to Bali.”

Molly was part of Casa Amor in the 2020 winter series of Love Island, and her entry broke up what looked like the series’ most stable couple, Shaughna and Callum. It caused the iconic Casa Amor moment of Shaughna saying “congrats, hun” when the pair walked back into the villa together.

Love Island stars Callum and Molly are yet to comment themselves on the news of their split.
